The
Series Z pumps are magnetically coupled, seal-less
centrifugal pumps, and are molded with non-metallic,
corrosion resistant materials.
Casing and Impeller - polypropylene (glass fiber filled) and ETFEŽ (carbon
fiber filled).
Internals - Alumina-ceramic, SIC RulonŽ-TeflonŽ or HD Carbon VitonŽ or
EPDM o-ring.
Max. flow rates to 145 gpm (548 lpm) and max. TDH to 118 feet (35.8m).
The seal-less design provides zero leakage and low friction for energy
efficiency. High efficiency closed impellers provide vibration-free operation.
Compact pump and powerful TEFC motor design with powerful permanent magnets
for highly efficient transmission. Versatile design accommodates liquids
with S.G. up to 1.1 without modification.
Applications
Photo processing; water and waste water; semiconductor, industrial chemical
processing; high purity DI and RO water; pulp and paper; fume scrubbing
and many other industrial applications.
